The challenge: a website in need of a digital peel

The salon owners reached out to us for a website revamp. They were grappling with a dated online presence that was stunting growth. Their site suffered from poor navigation, making it difficult for clients to find treatment information or check availability.

They wanted to transform their clunky site into a slick, user-friendly hub for browsing and booking treatments.

So, what exactly did we do?

First, to future-proof their brand, we applied a fresh, radiant aesthetic complete with a new colour palette and improved logo.

We then designed and developed a stylish new website from the ground up, ensuring a seamless and visually stunning online experience for Jesmond Beauty’s clientele.

Applying a smart, integrated approach to email and social, our marketing team now provides ongoing support, crafting content that resonates with the audience and results in those all-important bookings.

Logo & branding: beauty in unity

Respecting the client’s attachment to the OG typeface, our designer integrated this legacy element, a nod to their established identity, into a redefined logo. The core concept was unity. The individual elements were combined to create one smooth, sophisticated shape.

A new, super chill, neutral palette was curated to give that high-end tranquillity look. The final fusion of refined colour, unified icon and the signature typeface delivers a visual identity that oozes understated luxury.

Website design & development: unlocking easy booking

We knew Jesmond Beauty’s website needed to be a booking powerhouse. So, we architected a visually slick and intuitive platform. Treatment pages got a major glow-up with a clean layout and, crucially, a seamless hook-up with the Phorest API. This translated into effortless browsing and booking, plus instant availability checks – a UX gamechanger.

We didn’t stop at appointments. We also cooked up some custom e-commerce magic for the beauty clinic’s digital gift vouchers, including personalisation options and a smooth purchase process.

Marketing: from inbox to Insta

With a fresh brand identity and a slick new website locked in, it was time to dial up Jesmond Beauty’s marketing game. Recognising email as a core channel for them, we strategised a laser-focused approach – keeping it personal and valuable without flooding their clients’ inboxes.

We also tapped into the visual goldmine of social media. Platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and even good old Facebook are where the beauty crowd hang out. We worked to turn those channels into a constant stream of engaging content: showcasing the team’s expertise, jaw-dropping before-and-afters and all the essential treatment info clients are craving.

Print: an IRL impact

But our partnership with Jesmond Beauty went beyond the screen, bringing their fresh brand identity to life in the real world. Our talented print and design team created sleek gift vouchers, eye-catching posters, and signage that makes a statement inside and out.

Our signage specialists got hands-on, using CAD-cut acrylic to craft their logo and mounting it with standoffs for that premium, dimensional look. Inside, we gave the space a visual upgrade with fresh vinyls.

Looking back over the past year, our ongoing collaboration with Jesmond Beauty has been a win-win.
