Based in Sunderland, Penshaw View offers a huge selection of in-person and online courses, alongside expert recruitment support and tailored HR packages. Committed to empowering individuals and businesses, PV focuses on fostering staff wellbeing, enabling impactful learning through apprenticeships, and driving essential upskilling initiatives.
Penshaw View approached TVG with a brand that, while well-established, needed a digital refresh to truly reflect their market-leading position. Their existing website wasn’t really showcasing the breadth and depth of their services, nor was it providing an intuitive user experience.
They needed an online presence that matched the quality of their training and the expertise of their team. And so we got to work with an appropriate level of caffeinated enthusiasm, ready to meet the challenge head-on.
Our website project was seamless from start to finish. This partnership was good for us from a cashflow point of view as we were supported with the funding by TVG and we were able to use this funding immediately. Communication during the website project and with the marketing team has been great, it's made sign-off easy and seamless.

We first teamed up with Penshaw View in 2023, working closely with Directors Chris and Philippa to give their online presence the complete overhaul it deserved.
We built them a website that finally showed off their expertise and made it easy for everyone – job seekers, career improvers, and businesses alike – to find what they needed.
Since then, we’ve also supported them with marketing and print focusing on brand awareness with a healthy mix of social media and promotional print for regular events.
We tackled the Penshaw View website like a particularly knotty puzzle. Our web team’s main goal was a proper reorganisation, making sure anyone landing on the site could find exactly what they needed without getting lost in a digital maze. To show the friendly faces behind the training, we orchestrated a company photoshoot, because real people make all the difference.
Our wordy wizards then crafted website copy that’s both approachable and a bit inspiring, hitting the right note for both those looking to boost their careers and businesses wanting to invest in their teams. Finally, we sprinkled some soft circles and curves into the design, which we then cleverly echoed across their social media bits and printed goodies.
Our marketing mission for Penshaw View was all about getting their name out there in a way that felt genuine. We got their social media channels buzzing with regular updates on events, courses, and general company news.
Behind the scenes, we did our keyword digging homework to make sure their blog posts were actually being seen by their target audience. Plus, we shone a spotlight on their success stories with learner case studies, celebrating the wins of both the students and the businesses they work with. And, of course, we kept the website bang up-to-date with all their shiny new services and courses.
When PV needed to make a tangible impact, our print team was geared up and ready. The crucial element was ensuring a seamless visual connection with their fresh, new website. We translated the online brand experience into the real world, using the same welcoming blend of blues, those lovely company photos, and a set of simple yet effective icons.
Whether it’s a stack of informative leaflets, a set of professional business cards, or a vibrant banner commanding attention at an expo, every printed piece was designed to reinforce brand recognition and leave a lasting, positive impression, mirroring the quality and approachability of their digital presence.
