Based in County Durham, Turtle Enviro provides innovative, efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective drainage and water management solutions. Working with house builders, developers, contractors, and designers, Turtle Enviro offers an extensive range of products across 16 distinct brands.
Turtle Enviro came to TVG with a challenge: their colossal product catalogue, while pretty impressive, needed to be simplified and restructured for improved user experience. Their website needed to make it easier for customers to find the exact solutions they needed, across a massive range of brands.
We worked very closely with Managing Director Damone and his team to craft a new site that streamlined the customer journey, making it intuitive and efficient to locate specific products. Think of it as giving their customers a fresh, clean snorkel in a previously murky sea of options.
Our partnership continues with ongoing marketing support in collaboration with James and Cameron, including targeted blog articles that spotlight individual brands and products, and strategic initiatives to enhance overall brand awareness on LinkedIn. You could say it’s all gone… swimmingly.
Working with TVG has made it easy to maintain our website, whether we notice any issues or want to improve it by adding new features. They have a great technical team that can provide quick support whenever necessary.

The foundation for all our subsequent work with Turtle Enviro was the creation of a new, user-centric website. The previous site felt unfinished and lacked the polish and user-friendly navigation that Turtle’s expertise called for.
Our initial focus was on understanding the existing product catalogue and reorganising it in a way that allowed each brand to maintain its identity while contributing to the overarching Turtle Enviro brand. This involved a strong emphasis on both brand awareness and effective product promotion, both within the website itself and across our broader marketing efforts.
We refined the Turtle Enviro brand mark, simplifying it to “Turtle” – the name by which they were commonly known. We also strengthened their core blue colour, establishing it as a key visual element for both the website and the overarching Turtle brand identity.
To make the home page more dynamic and appealing, we incorporated subtle animation right at the top. And yes, it does feature an actual turtle majestically swimming about. What’s not to like?
A key objective was to avoid an overly complex site structure. We employed a straightforward tone of voice, keeping copy-heavy pages to a minimum, and prioritised high-quality product imagery and intuitive navigation.
A major improvement was the implementation of a complete categorisation and filter system for all Turtle Enviro products. This allows customers to efficiently locate specific items on a single page, rather than navigating through multiple brand and product pages.
Our ongoing marketing support for Turtle includes a bunch of initiatives designed to boost their brand presence and engage their target audience. This includes regular blog writing, with a focus on spotlighting specific products and brands, providing valuable information to potential and existing clients by explaining technical details, features, and applications.
We also provide support with press release writing, announcing company growth and new brand launches to industry publications, and create a quarterly newsletter to keep customers informed about new product launches, company updates, and industry insights.
Additionally, we manage strategic brand awareness initiatives on LinkedIn, including product spotlights, participation in national awareness days, and promotion of company updates such as new team members and business growth.
To maintain a consistent brand aesthetic, we also provide graphic design and imagery support for social media and the blog, aligning with the new website design. Everything looks like it belongs, creating a smooth and professional flow.
Our work with Turtle Enviro is still going strong, with a focus on continued marketing and website support. Current projects include developing dedicated LinkedIn sub-pages for individual brands, alongside the main Turtle page, creating keyword-rich blog content, and producing the quarterly newsletter.
The relationship between our team (the wonderful Chloe, Dan, and Steven) and Turtle Enviro’s team (particularly Cameron) is built on close collaboration, making sure everything is consistent, accessible, and strategically aligned across all brand and product communications.
The marketing retainer we have is excellent for assisting us with marketing materials on LinkedIn and our website's blog page. We can ask TVG to draft and schedule posts, allowing us to plan in advance when we want to publish something.
